Tomato soup never tasted so good&#8230;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialiberati.com\/2018\/12\/04\/a-tomato-named-mutti-a-warm-farro-soup-recipe\/mutti-chopped-tomatoes-polpa\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-8220\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-8220\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Mutti-Chopped-Tomatoes-Polpa-300x300.jpg?resize=300%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\"\/><\/a><br \/>\nFarro Lentil Soup<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>INGREDIENTS<\/h5>\n<p>*Handful of fresh parsley, washed and chopped<br \/>\n*2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n*1 small golden onion chopped<br \/>\n*2 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n*2 quarts of vegetable broth<br \/>\n*1 cup dried lentils<br \/>\n1 can MUTTI finely chopped tomatoes or San Marzano tomatoes<br \/>\n*Pinch of salt<br \/>\n*1 cup farro<br \/>\nSoak dried lentils in water overnight or for at least 4 hours, drain and set aside. Place broth in pot and warm till hot.<br \/>\nWash parsley and chop the leaves finely. Place olive oil in a large soup pot and warm, then place in whole garlic and finely chopped onions.&nbsp; Add in tomatoes. Saute on low heat till golden. Add in \u00bd cup of hot broth, chopped parsley, drained lentils, stir and let this mixture come to a boil. Then add in remaining broth, pinch of salt. Place heat to low, cover and stir, let cook for 10 minutes.
