Thanks to Lidia Bastianich and Co and NIAF and Cavallieri Nick Caiazzo for inviting me to the first annual Lidia Bastianich Culinary Scholarship Award Ceremony at Eataly. It was an invitation-only event… at EATALY. on Thursday, July 12th… Needless to say, authentic Italian food was all around, the Bastianich family wines were overflowing…and I got to chat and discuss Italian cooking with one of my idols…Lidia!
