\nDid you know that lobster was once considered peasant food? In the 1800s, lobsters were incredibly plentiful and New Englanders could simply walk down the beach and capture them during low tide. Many servants lived off of lobster during this time period Many people don\u2019t engage with lobsters except for the occasional grocery store tank or served on a toasty bun. Lobsters are brownish red sea critters that are a delicious delicacy on dinner plates. Most lobsters can be found in North Atlantic waters from Canada through North Carolina. <\/span><\/span>
