{"id":7155,"date":"2016-07-27T19:24:34","date_gmt":"2016-07-28T02:24:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.marialiberati.com\/?p=7155"},"modified":"2016-07-27T19:24:34","modified_gmt":"2016-07-28T02:24:34","slug":"a-limoncello-tiramisu-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marialiberati.com\/freshsite\/2016\/07\/27\/a-limoncello-tiramisu-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"Limoncello Tiramisu Recipe &#124; Remembering Lemons of Amalfi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of my favorite desserts to eat al fresco on a hot summer night&#8230;limoncello, summer heat seem to all seem to go together.. besides, it gives me an excuse to reminisce about my time in Amalfi and the sweet \u00a0lemons of Amalfi!<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/images03.localidautore.it\/dbimg\/primopiano\/limoncello-59.jpg?resize=500%2C375\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Limoncello Tiramisu\u00a0<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n(copyright 204, 2016,Art of Living, PrimaMedia,Inc.<br \/>\nfrom <span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>The Basic Art of Italian Cooking:Holidays and Special Occasions-2<\/b><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>nd<\/b><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b> edition<\/b><\/span><br \/>\nPlace following ingredients in bowl and mix till well blended<br \/>\n8 ozs Mascarpone<br \/>\n3 tablespoons limoncello<br \/>\n3 egg yolks<br \/>\n2 tblsps powdered sugar<br \/>\nBath for Ladyfingers-Mix the following and place in separate soup dish or bowl.<br \/>\nFor the limoncello cream-6 teaspoons limoncello<br \/>\npeel of one lemon<br \/>\njuice of one lemon<br \/>\n3 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n1 tablespoons of water<br \/>\n25 ladyfingers<br \/>\nSoak ladyfingers one at a time in the bath. Place one layer of ladyfingers in square cake pan, then top with one half of cream mixture. Repeat with ladyfingers and top with remaining cream. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
