Add some lemon rind and dash of vanilla to the dough.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<em><strong>After Christmas Crostata<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n*leftover cookie dough<br \/>\n*rind of 1 lemon<br \/>\n*1 tsp of vanilla extract<br \/>\n*1- 13 ounce jar of marmalade<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 350 degrees<br \/>\nAdd 1 lemon rind and dash of vanilla to leftover cookie dough<br \/>\nButter and flour an 8&#8243; crostata pan or pie pan, but should be shallow like a crostata pan. Press cookie dough into pan and on sides to form a crust. Pierce bottom with a fork. Fill with\u00a0 a jar of your favorite marmalade.
