In separate bowl beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer till frothy. Then add in flour and dry yeast a little at a time (about 2 tablespoons at a time) and mix well before adding more. Then add in cream (add in 1\/2 of cream then blend and add in remainder and blend). Butter an 8\u201d cake pan and\/or cover with baking paper. Pour cake mixture in pan. Arrange plum slices on top.
