You can find it at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thefeastofthesevenfishesblog.com\/\">http:\/\/www.thefeastofthesevenfishesblog.com\/<\/a><br \/>\nHere is a recipe especially for Christmas Eve dinner from my upcoming book<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialiberati.com\">The Basic Art of Italian Cooking-Holidays &amp; Special Occasions<\/a><br \/>\nThe publication date is April 2009, but you can purchase a special pre-publication copy at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marialiberati.com\/\">https:\/\/www.marialiberati.com\/<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Pappardelle Al Tonno <\/strong>(pappardelle pasta with tuna)<br \/>\nFor 4<br \/>\n*1 lb of pappardelle pasta<br \/>\n*16 ounces of tuna packed in extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n*1\/3 cup of pitted black olives<br \/>\n*2 teaspoons of capers (packed in vinegar) Drain right before using.<br \/>\n*1 tablespoon of olive oil<br \/>\n*1 garlic clove<br \/>\n*1 handful of fresh parsley<br \/>\n*pinch of salt<br \/>\nPlace pappardelle in boiling water until al dente. Chop finely with a mezzaluna or chopping knife the olives and garlic, tuna, capers-al together. Place olive oil in large saut\u00e9 pan and heat. Add in chopped ingredients and saut\u00e9 for<br \/>\n5 minutes or until garlic begins to turn golden. Remove from heat. Add in cooked pappardelle and toss gently.
