It is a word that specially embodies the true meaning of taste..<em><strong>Gusto<\/strong><\/em>..with passion, with all your heart and soul!<br \/>\nLive your life with <em><strong>Gusto<\/strong><\/em>!\u00a0 Cook, eat, love with <em><strong>Gusto<\/strong><\/em>!<br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/img261.imageshack.us\/img261\/6664\/tortaseneseuq2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Torta Alla Senese (Siena Style Cake)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>from The Basic Art of Italian Cooking: DaVinci Style<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd cup (100 gr) milk<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cups (300 gr) rice<br \/>\n1 cup (200 gr) sugar<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1\/3 cup(70 gr) raisins<br \/>\n8 hazelnuts<br \/>\n\u00bc cup (50 gr) pine nuts<br \/>\n1\/3 cup (70 gr) butter<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\nzest of \u00bd lemon grated<br \/>\nBoil milk. Add in uncooked rice and sugar. Cook till liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and cool. Add in eggs. raisins, hazelnuts, pine nuts, softened butter, baking powder, grated lemon zest. Blend all together. Butter and flour an 8\u201d cake pan, pour in batter. Bake in oven preheated to 400 F (200C) and bake for 30 minutes.
