This is known as a Mela Mania (Mela means apple in Italian).<br \/>\nHave this delicious beverage to start the day or a light lunch or an aperitif in the afternoon.<br \/>\n<strong>Mela Mania<\/strong><br \/>\n7 fresh strawberries<br \/>\n1 banana<br \/>\n1\/2 apple<br \/>\n1 cup apple juice unsweetened<br \/>\n1 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n6 ounces plain low fat or nonfat yogurt<br \/>\nPlace 5 strawberries, banana, apple in blender, when smooth, add in apple juice, cinnamon nd yogurt.
