Place in chopped onion, saute onion till just golden. Add in white wine and let liquid evaporate for 1 minute. Add in spinach and ricotta, mash ricotta with fork. Add  in cream, salt and pepper to taste.  Let cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nBoil water for pasta, boil, add in salt. Cook pasta till al dente. Drain. Add into cream sauce, remove from heat and add in basil, parsley, oregano, nutmeg.
