Place olive oil in large saute pan and heat, place in garlic-herb mixture,saute till golden. Place in tomatoes that have been seeded and cut into small cubes or thin slices. Cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes. Place spaghetti in boiling, salted water, cook till al dente. Drain. Place in tomato sauce and toss. Butter baking casserole dish and place in spaghetti. Cover top with thinly sliced or shaved Pecorino cheese.
