Tonight&#8217;s cocktails will be non-alcoholic.. it is so flavorful you won&#8217;t even notice&#8230;here&#8217;s one that is exceptionally healthy..<br \/>\n<strong>Mango Passion<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/mango-banana-cocktail.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-2511\" title=\"mango banana cocktail\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/mango-banana-cocktail-150x150.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><strong><\/strong><br \/>\n*3 tsps of assam tea or 3 teabags of black tea<br \/>\n*1 mango (about 1 lb)<br \/>\n*2 bananas (1\/4 lb)<br \/>\n*16 ounces unsweeetened pineapple juice<br \/>\n*crushed ice<br \/>\nBring to almost boiling-2 cups water. When almost boiling place in tea bags or loose tea in filter. Cover and let cool. Squeeze out the tea bags or remove filter. Place tea in refrigerator.<br \/>\nPeel mango, cut 4 small pieces from whole mango and set aside.\u00a0 Place remaining pulp of mango, banana, pineapple juice, tea\u00a0 in a food processor, blend.\u00a0Divide int o4 tall glasses, place in crushed ice and garnish with mango slices.<br \/>\nFinger foods are\u00a0in &#8216;fashion&#8217; here in Italy!\u00a0If you want to invite over a\u00a0lot of guest but don&#8217;t have time to\u00a0prepared\u00a0different\u00a0courses,\u00a0ask each \u00a0guest to bring a finger food of their choice&#8230;.makes a great casual buffet or supper.<br \/>\n<strong>Bruschetta \u00a0di Pollo &amp; Curry ( Bruschetta with Chicken &amp; Curry)<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/bruschetta-with-chicken.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-2512\" title=\"bruschetta with chicken\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/bruschetta-with-chicken-150x150.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><strong><\/strong><br \/>\n*1 lb chicken cutlets-boneless ,skinned<br \/>\n*1-2 tsps curry<br \/>\n*pinch of salt<br \/>\n*pinch of pepper<br \/>\n*juice of 1\/2 lime<br \/>\n*2 tsps olive oil<br \/>\n*3\/4 cup whipping cream<br \/>\n*2 ounces Cream or farmer&#8217;s cheese-lite or regular<br \/>\n*30 crostini or round crackers or melba toasts or bruschetta slices<br \/>\n*handful of fresh basil leaves<br \/>\nWash chicken filets, dry.\u00a0 Cut into small cubes. Place cubes in a bowl and add in curry, salt and pepper, lime juice and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place oil in saute pan and palce in chicken,\u00a0 fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown, constantly stirring. Remove from heat, let cool.\u00a0 In another bowl, place\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0in softened \u00a0cream cheese and cream and mix till well blended. Add in chicken. Place mixture on toast or crackers and garnish with finely chopped basil.
