I guess that makes sense\u2026 a dog in Italy wanting to meet friends also in the piazza at night.<br \/>\nIt is a beautiful tradition\u2026a walk in the piazza at night before dinner or after dinner.. a way to take a walk see friends ..and just relax\u2026.and you never know what you might find..an Elvis Presley concert by the town priest that is an Elvis Impersonator (and he does\u00a0quite a good impression)\u00a0..a procession..a fashion show..a beauty pageant..or just people meeting and talking..dogs.. and children playing soccer \u2026or riding their bikes..<br \/>\nAfter a spin around the piazza it\u2019s time to go home and enjoy dinner and a light dessert..<br \/>\n<strong><em>Apricot\u00a0Mousse with Chocolate Crumble<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/apricot-mousse.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2171\" title=\"apricot mousse\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/apricot-mousse.jpg?resize=85%2C112&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"85\" height=\"112\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nFor Apricot Mousse:<br \/>\n* 2 lbs of fresh apricots-washed, cut in half with pit removed<br \/>\n*3 tblsps sugar<br \/>\n*3 tblsps butter (unsalted)<br \/>\nFor crumble:<br \/>\n* 1-16 oz chocolate bar (containing at least 60%\u00a0 cocoa)<br \/>\n*Almonds-3 ounces-peeled ,chopped<br \/>\n*3 tblsps butter (unsalted)<br \/>\n*4 tblsps flour<br \/>\n*3 tblsps brown sugar<br \/>\n*1 tablespoon powdered unsweetened cocoa<br \/>\nFor Cream: Place halved apricots in a pan with sugar and butter, cook for 10 minutes over low to medium heat or until the apricots have lightly caramelized. Remove from heat, place in food processor till creamy.<br \/>\nFor crumble:<br \/>\nPlace butter on bowl until room temperature and softened. Place in flour, almonds,sugar, powdered cocoa. Blend together. Grate chocolate bar and mix in. Place in refrigerator till mixture has a firm\u00a0 consistency. Remove from refrigerator and grate dough (using cheese grater with larger holes). Grate onto a piece of baking paper placed on a cookie sheet.<br \/>\nPreheat oven for 300 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, separate crumbles gently with fork or fingers.
