Brush both sides of bread generously With oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill until golden, about 1 minute per side. 6 servings.<br \/>\nKeep the tastes buds firing with Grilled Shrimp (Scampi Grigliati). The seasoned shrimp is grilled on bamboo skewers, a fabulous accent for any summer appetizer.<br \/>\n<strong>Scampi Grigliati <\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/grilledshrimp.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline; border: 0px;\" title=\"grilled shrimp\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.marialiberati.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/grilledshrimp_thumb.jpg?resize=244%2C184&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\" alt=\"grilled shrimp\" width=\"244\" height=\"184\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n*1\/4 cup finely chopped garlic, mashed to a paste with 1 teaspoon coarse salt.<br \/>\n*2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves<br \/>\n*3 tablespoons olive oil plus oil for brushing shrimp<br \/>\n*16 jumbo shrimp (about 10 per pound)<br \/>\n*four bamboo skewers<br \/>\nIn a large bowl stir together garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, and 3 tablespoons oil and add shrimp. Marinate shrimp, covered and chilled, at least 8 hours or overnight.<br \/>\nTo grill, thread 4 shrimp on each skewer and brush with additional oil.
