{"id":185,"date":"2008-04-04T01:53:19","date_gmt":"2008-04-04T01:53:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/marialiberati.com\/blog2\/?p=185"},"modified":"2008-04-04T01:53:19","modified_gmt":"2008-04-04T01:53:19","slug":"dolce-con-lananas-pineapple-dessert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marialiberati.com\/freshsite\/2008\/04\/04\/dolce-con-lananas-pineapple-dessert\/","title":{"rendered":"Dolce con l&#039;ananas-Pineapple dessert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a fun recipe..looks like a hamburger but is really a dessert that is good for you also..<br \/>\nPineapple Pannino<br \/>\n(for 4)<br \/>\n4 sesame seed\u00a0 whole grain hamburger buns<br \/>\n8 slices of fresh pineapple with juice<br \/>\n8 amaretti cookies<br \/>\n\u00bd cup sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp powdered sugar<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 tblsp flour<br \/>\n\u00a0Boil milk, remove from heat. Beat eggs with \u00bc cup sugar until foamy. Add in flour and boiling hot milk. Place in saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Cook till creamy mixture. Remove from heat.<br \/>\nCut rolls in half and place pineapple juice on inside of roll- bottom half. Melt \u00bc cup sugar in 2 tsps pineapple juice and 2 tsps water. Bring to a boil in separate pan.
