But here the feasting continues and I got to try out a very simple but delicious sweet for dessert tonight-stuffed dates or &#8216;datteri ripieni&#8217;<br \/>\n<strong>Stuffed Dates<\/strong><br \/>\n*16 dates<br \/>\n*16 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese<br \/>\n*6 tablespoons of espresso coffee<br \/>\n*1\/4 cup of crushed almonds<br \/>\nCut dates in half, take out nuts in\u00a0 center. In bowl blend in coffee to mascarpone. Fill each date with about 1 tablespoon\u00a0of mascarpone mix, top with crushed almonds.
