It\u00a0offers a culinary combinaton of 3 great culinary traditions- Central\u00a0European, Venetian and Slavic-which produce many interesting and luscious dishes.<br \/>\nThis week I will be a special guest at an event produced by the Friuli Venezia Giulia region- in NY city.
