Il Lacrima di MorroD&#8217;Alba &#8230;the locals call it\u00a0 the &#8216;little prince&#8217; of <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f80000000000406cb\" title=\"Wine\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wine\">red wines<\/a> in the region..<br \/>\nYou can find the vines for this particular wine grown in the hills of <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f8000000000e917cd\" title=\"Morro d'Alba\" rel=\"geolocation\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=43.6,13.2166666667&amp;spn=0.1,0.1&amp;q=43.6,13.2166666667 (Morro%20d%27Alba)&amp;t=h\">Morro D&#8217;Alba<\/a> and nearby towns of Senegallia and <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f8000000000486df1\" title=\"Jesi\" rel=\"geolocation\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=43.5236111111,13.2391666667&amp;spn=1.0,1.0&amp;q=43.5236111111,13.2391666667 (Jesi)&amp;t=h\">Jesi<\/a>. Il Lacrima is really unique and different from the more well known reds, not full\u00a0of <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f800000000007604f\" title=\"Tannin\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tannin\">tannins<\/a> but very fragrant. More of a new wine ,not particularly aged. It is not presented as\u00a0\u00a0a noble wine but considered the &#8216;little prince&#8217; of wines..&#8217;profumatissime&#8217; (very fragrant) and charming, endearing to the senses..<br \/>\nWhen it comes to wine not everyone appreciates those characteristics..but many are curious to taste it and slowly fall in love with\u00a0this wine&#8217;s\u00a0endearing qualities.<br \/>\nAt one time, Il Lacrima, in the &#8216;novella&#8217; stage, was the wine\u00a0of the peasants,they would use it to accompany their grilled meats\u00a0eaten while on break working in the fields. They could not wait for the juice to finish aging and would pour it directly from the barrels into bottles.
