I prefer my pasta meals in the afternoon..gives me more energy for the rest of the day.\u00a0<br \/>\nA handful of\u00a0 fresh <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f800000000002e048\" title=\"Parsley\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Parsley\">parsley<\/a> adds a perfume to this dish and a trip\u00a0 to the local open air market here in Rome was a necessary trip..no garden here at the city house.<br \/>\nThe recipe is a simple one..<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\"><strong>Pasta with tuna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">1 lb spaghetti<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">1 can Albacore tuna<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">1 clove <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f8000000000062af2\" title=\"Garlic\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Garlic\">garlic<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">2 lbs fresh, red ripe tomatoes, seeded and cut<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">3 tblsps extra virgin, cold pressed <a class=\"zem_slink freebase\/guid\/9202a8c04000641f800000000002ce44\" title=\"Olive oil\" rel=\"wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Olive_oil\">olive oil<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">1 handful chopped parsley leaves<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in\">Place olive oil in saute pan. Place in garlic.
