But the word &#8220;ringraziamento&#8221; means &#8220;thanksgiving&#8221; in Italian, and Italians use it to express thanks. Some of the traditional foods served during an American Thanksgiving dinner aren&#8217;t native to Italy, like cranberries and corn.
