Thanks to everyone who attended my Christmas Eve Dinner event at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pa… this past weekend..we had a blast and of course filled up with a festive 5 course meal.. that included
*Tortellini  au gratinwith beschamel sauce and cod
*Risotto with peas and St Peter’s Fish
*Thick spaghetti topped with a salmon tomato seafood sauce
*Cold tuna salad appetizer
*Italian style creampuffs topped with dark chocolate and whipped cream

I love to share my recipes, they are so much a part of me…So glad you enjoyed the class/dinner..and yes I will be doing my best to post the rest of the recipes between this and next week.
