One of my favorite snacks has become flat breads with dips and spread.. and my favorite spread is this Guacamole with an Italian touch.
Olive Guacamole
3 ripe avocados
2 garlic cloves
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
1/2 cup of black olives
Chop garlic and olives and add to the mashed pulp of the avocados. Dress with lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve with pita bread chips, corn chips,crackers or use as a sandwich spread.
