Local foods, local friends all together for the Holidays…a Holiday get together everything was centered a the local delights to he found in and around ..bio diversity is what one of the things that makes the Holidays so interesting here..the foods still produced in specific tiny little towns that are still produced in limited production albeit only for Holidays or special days…Today’s get together included ciambella Sorana, (From the town of Sora) bread made with potatoes from a town called Venafro, and typical traditional cakes called Parozzo from Pescara..all neighboring towns and all special experiences..made from specially produced ingredients…a true Holiday treat…
